- 3a. Canned replay (fastest path)In the Demo Mode panel below, choose 'clean_run' or 'fault_run' and press Start. One poll/sec streams into sensor_data via Realtime.
- 3b. CSV replay from laptopRun against preview or prod. Requires INGEST_KEY in your shell.
